Jeremy Renner was born in Modesto, California, on January 7, 1971. His parents are Lee Renner, a bowling alley manager, and Valerie Cearley, a homemaker. He has four siblings: two sisters and two brothers.
Renner's parents divorced when he was young, and he was raised by his mother and stepfather. He attended Modesto Junior College, where he studied computer science and criminology. However, he dropped out after a year to pursue a career in acting.
Acting career
Renner began his acting career in the early 1990s, appearing in guest roles on television shows such as "Angel" and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation." He also appeared in several independent films, including "Dahmer" (2002) and "Neo Ned" (2005).
